All membership purchases, subscription fees, and digital content purchases made on LaineyRae2005.com are non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to a refund under any circumstances, except as required by applicable law or as mandated by our payment processor. |

| 2. CANCELLATION |
| You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us or through your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing only. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of any amounts already charged. Access continues until the end of the current paid billing period. |

3. CHARGEBACKS |
| Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us directly will result in immediate and permanent termination of your account and access to all content. We reserve the right to dispute all chargebacks and provide transaction records to our payment processor. |

4. EXCEPTIONS |

Refunds will only be considered in cases where required by applicable law or mandated by our payment processor CCBill. Any such refunds are at the sole discretion of TDW Enterprises. |
